Artist Statement

New parents often hear “enjoy the time when your child is young, they grow up to fast.” My objective has been to capture moments from the everyday life of my nephew Caleb so they can be remembered forever. Through the process of capturing everyday life, I have noticed that he does roughly the same thing everyday of his life. This made me wonder what kind of thoughts run through his little head. What does he wish he could be doing? Obviously, it is impossible to know what he thinks about, but it is fun to wonder...
